Hello everyone,

Here is a female LESSER PLATINUM CRYSTAL BALL that we hatched in the 2010 season. This was a lucky breeding because we didn’t even know the female was a “Special” (Het. Crystal?) The other one in the double pic is a Lesser Platinum Ball that hatched with the LESSER CRYSTAL! Awesome huh? Anyone else hatching Lesser Crystals? I would love to see a pic!

Hi guys,

Think I’ll be lucky on this! This girl is a DH Axanthic Genetic Stripe and she is about to lay a small clutch. I have two other female DH Axanthic G Stripes and also one female DH Axanthic CLOWN that will lay small clutches! I’ve never had good luck with DH’s with smaller clutches. I’m trying to hit on that 1 in 16 odds on small numbers and I’m TERRIBLE at it!

Hey everyone!

So here I am with another update… You see that photo above? That’s a Champagne male breeding an Enchi female. Well that male is from Spring of 2010 and he is 300 grams in this photo! Maybe a few people will see this and understand that we can’t MAKE these animals breed but if they are ready they can surprise you at how small or young they can mature.

Waiting on more Ball Python clutches to hit the list. Just had about 85 ovulations so we are on our way to a fun and exciting year!! Hopefully one or two of you fellow herpers read this mess!

Here are the first hatchlings of the year… 9 healthy little Children’s Pythons…

So I got clutch #13 on April 21st and it was 4 eggs and 4 SLUGS!!

So what’s it gonna be… I mean the breeding was a male Calico Het G STRIPE and the female is a Pewter Het G STRIPE!! That should be an interesting 4 eggs to hatch! I can’t wait until mid-June so I can see what we’ve got!
